Using the Lumaro Recovery Belt is a straightforward process designed to fit easily into your day.
Secure the Belt
Place the belt around your lower back or waist. The adjustable velcro strap lets you set a comfortable, snug fit that stays in place as you sit or move gently.
Choose Your Time
Press the power button on the inline controller. Cycle through the timer options to select a session of 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes.
Let it Work

Finish Your Session
